UB-Line // Universal-toothed, Bi-Metallic - The rugged all-rounder for all materials

Due to the bi-metal toothing, which strongly resembles a hacksaw, these blades are particularly suitable for cutting nails, sheet metal and steel up to 2 mm thickness. Of course, it is also possible to cut wood and plastics with these blades. The bi-metal toothing gives these blades a very long service life. Provided that not too much force is used and the cut is made with reduced motor speed, as these factors significantly affect the blade life.

The service life can be further increased through the use of cutting agents.

The selected 032 and 042 saw blade forms make these blades particularly suitable for plunge-cutting into the material. The relatively coarse toothing prevents the teeth from clogging when cutting laminated wood (plywood), making it a lot more comfortable when working with these kinds of materials. Due to the large plunge depth of 77 mm, it is also possible to make mortise and tenon joints with these blades.

To cut metal and nails, we recommend the UB line since the SI line is not designed for this application.
